1. Fill in your context — enter the country/region, your name, date, and analysis type in the fields above.
2. Choose a view — use the tabs to switch between Investment View (what exists), Gap Analysis (what's missing), and Planning View (what to do next).
3. Click any cell in the grid to cycle through investment levels (None → Low → Medium → High → Strong). Each cell represents a sector (row) at a specific age band (column).
4. Double-click a cell to add detailed notes — programme names, budget figures, or observations.
5. Load sample data to see an example analysis and understand the colour coding.
6. Save your work — save analyses to come back to later, or export as CSV for use in reports and spreadsheets.
7. Print / PDF — generate a clean, print-ready report of your analysis.
